Be sure to have Wear OS installed on your android device. The watch face will appear on the Google Play app directly on your smartwatch. Scroll down to find the watch face and download it to your watch from your phone.
Once downloaded, this watch face will be accessible in Android Wear. You may download Android Wear from Google Play to sync your watch to your phone. If the watch face does not appear, you can go to Settings > Resync apps in android wear. After a few minutes you may also check to see if the app has already been installed on your smartwatch.
